Position Overview:

Assists in the implementation and management of the Agency computer network system that supports program and individual departmental operations of the agency.

 

Where will I be working?

Central Office

 

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

• Maintain and build technical documentation and manuals
• Maintain network security through updates, patches, and network security permissions
• Perform system monitoring to improve network performance and to ensure system architecture components work together.
• Manage Active Directory and Azure
• Keep Server Based Applications up to date

 

Required Education and Experience:

• Associate’s degree in information technology field.
• Required skills include advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Networking (TCP/IP), Microsoft Office 365, Active Director, Azure, Exchange Server, InTune Device Management, SharePoint Admin. Working knowledge of LAN/WAN, and VOIP telephony technologies, routers, switches, firewall(s).
• Minimum of five years’ experience troubleshooting and working with networks Operating Systems.  

 

Skills:

• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Networking (TCP/IP)
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
• Advanced working knowledge of LAN/WAN
• Advanced working knowledge of VOIP telephony technologies, routers, switches and firewalls
