Overview Our client, a leading technology organization specializing in software solutions, is seeking a NEXUS Software Engineer to join their team. As a NEXUS Software Engineer, you will be part of the Development Department supporting innovative projects focused on downtime detection, API development, database management, and web application development. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative spirit which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title and Details Job Title: NEXUS Software Engineer Location: Houston (On-site Tues-Thurs) Pay Range: Competitive hourly rate, to be submitted at the best available rate What’s the Job? Design, develop, and maintain software solutions across multiple domains including downtime detection, API development, database management, and web applications. Develop and maintain backend services using .NET technologies such as C# and ASP.NET. Work with database projects, including SQL Server database management and deployment. Create and sustain Angular-based web applications, ensuring seamless user experiences. Implement and maintain comprehensive testing strategies using tools like Protractor, Cypress, and Karma to ensure high-quality deliverables. What’s Needed? Proficiency in .NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET) and SQL Server. Experience with Angular and modern frontend development tools. Strong knowledge of testing frameworks such as Protractor, Cypress, and Karma. Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and YAML configurations.
