Pay Rate: $62.96 per hour (W2) Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Consultant / Video Producer to shape and execute visual concepts and provide creative direction for video and photographic content. This role collaborates with internal production teams and external vendors to create content that enhances brand visibility and engages a wide audience across digital and social platforms.
The ideal candidate has strong experience in video production, including camera operation, lighting, sound, and editing. A sharp instinct for social media content and storytelling, especially in a corporate or finance-related environment, is essential. Candidates must be confident working with senior leaders and managing high-profile events.
Key Responsibilities: - Capture and edit high-quality video and photography for executive visibility, leadership interviews, town halls, speaking engagements, and media appearances.
- Cover major internal and external events such as conferences and client activations, producing behind-the-scenes content and polished recap videos.
- Operate camera, lighting, and audio equipment both on-location and in studio settings.
- Lead post-production including video editing, motion graphics, photo retouching, and asset delivery across internal and external digital platforms.
- Manage organization, tagging, and archiving of media assets using the companys digital asset management (DAM) system.
- Repurpose existing content into short-form videos and social assets.
- Maintain a consistent visual style aligned with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with marketing teams, designers, writers, and senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with campaign strategies.
Qualifications: - Minimum of 8 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelors degree required.
- Experience producing content in media, corporate, or freelance settingspreferably with a focus on finance or business.
- Strong understanding of financial markets and content marketing trends is a plus.
- Expert-level production skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visual stories.
- Proficient in editing and media management; ability to organize, archive, and support version control of digital content.
- Skilled in both video and event/documentary-style photography.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Lightroom); experience with DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Experienced with professional camera systems (Sony, Canon, Blackmagic), lighting, and audio equipment.
- Strong storytelling abilities, compositional skills, and professionalism in executive settings.
- Exceptional time-management and multitasking skills.
- Strong team player with attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.
- A portfolio or demo reel showcasing your work in video and photography is required.
