As a Home Health Occupational Therapist, you will assess patients' daily living and work-related skills, develop personalized therapeutic retraining programs, and provide treatment in their homes. You will collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care, adapting interventions to meet individual needs. Your role includes evaluating patient progress, coordinating community reintegration activities, and overseeing the performance of Occupational Therapy Assistants.
