Job Description
Primary Responsibilities:
Coordinate warehouse activities
Ensure timely completion of reports, audits, and cleaning schedules
Address customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, or mail
Assist with orders, refunds, and exchanges
Maintain customer accounts and verify information
Resolve product or service issues and follow up for resolution
Handle incoming calls and generate sales leads
Achieve sales targets and build customer relationships
Use CRM systems and computer tools effectively
Collaborate with Warehouse Manager to maintain service quality
Requirements:
Proven customer support experience
Strong phone and listening skills
Familiar with CRM systems
Effective communication and multitasking abilities
High school diploma or equivalent
Skills & Proficiencies:
Customer service, product knowledge, and conflict resolution
Problem-solving and attention to detail
Ability to manage time and prioritize
Knowledge / experience in the warehouse setting
Working Conditions:
Frequent lifting of materials and products up to 50 pounds in a warehouse environment.
