Office Manager (with Accounting Experience)
Location: Cookeville, TN
Pay: $18 – $25 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time
Overview:
Our client is seeking an experienced Office Manager with accounting knowledge to handle daily office operations. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, dependable, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily office operations and communication.
Manage invoices, accounts payable/receivable, and basic bookkeeping.
Assist with payroll and recordkeeping.
Provide administrative support to management and team members.
Qualifications:
Office management or administrative experience required.
Accounting/bookkeeping experience preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; QuickBooks experience a plus.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Pay & Benefits:
$18–$25/hr depending on experience.
Full-time position with steady schedule.
Weekly pay and benefits available through Qualified Staffing.
