We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee daily operations and ensure a welcoming and efficient environment. This role involves managing front desk staff, coordinating schedules, and maintaining organized administrative processes. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professionalism.

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and manage a team of front desk employees to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Develop and maintain employee schedules, ensuring proper coverage at all times.
• Oversee the signing-in process for visitors and clients to create a seamless experience.
• Coordinate and manage delivery schedules to ensure timely and accurate handling.
• Enforce company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance at all times.
• Handle client communications by responding to inquiries and providing accurate information.
• Answer and direct inbound calls professionally and efficiently.
• Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
• Organize and manage filing systems to ensure easy access to important documents.• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an office management or administrative role.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to handle client inquiries effectively.
• Proficiency in managing staff schedules and ensuring optimal coverage.
• Experience with data entry and maintaining organized filing systems.
• Ability to enforce company policies and maintain a focused and efficient work environment.
• Comfortable answering inbound calls and directing them appropriately.
• Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
• Strong multitasking skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
