Position Title: Offset Pressman Lead

Wage: $27.25 - $29.25 per hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 2:00pm - 10:00pm

QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for an Offset Pressman Lead at a company in Sheboygan, WI. This is a 2nd shift, direct hire position. There is potential for relocation assistance!

Offset Pressman Lead Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintaining production standards
- Registering and achieving color standards
- Troubleshooting press problems
- Ordering inks and other printing supplies from company vendors
- Organizing press crews and floor procedures for scheduling processes
- Confirming factory tickets by verifying load tickets, sheet size, substrate, caliper, proper ink color, hanging plates in the correct sequence
- Collaborating with offset assistant, feeder pressman and department supervisor
- Operating forklifts, clamp trucks and other PIV's
- Handling liquid ink

Offset Pressman Lead Requirements:
- Familiarity with printing industry; prior printing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read, write, and understand English
- Basic math skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to lift/move up to 50 pounds
