Job Title: Online Marketing Campaign Coordinator

Location: Fully Remote (PST hours)

Contract Type: 3-Month W2 Contract (Could extend or convert)

Pay Rate: $32.00 – $37.00/hour (Depending on Experience)

Russell Tobin & Associates is currently seeking an Online Marketing Coordinator to support a leading global e-commerce and tech innovator. This team builds immersive storefronts for high-visibility device campaigns, driving performance across major online product launches. Key Responsibilities:

• Launch digital marketing campaigns using ad servers such as DoubleClick, including trafficking ads, tagging click URLs, and coordinating launches with publisher teams
• Manage storefront content through internal content management systems (CMS)
• Coordinate inputs and campaign assets across teams to support storefront builds and refreshes
• Conduct campaign QA and ensure accuracy in tagging, content delivery, and campaign structure
• Use Excel to perform campaign data analysis (VLOOKUPs, Pivot Tables, etc.)
• Serve as point of contact for light program coordination with stakeholders
• Create storefront campaigns for branded pages and seasonal marketing initiatives

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience supporting digital marketing or online campaign operations
• Strong proficiency in Excel (including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUPs)
• High attention to detail and proven ability to manage multiple moving parts
• Strong written communication skills and stakeholder coordination experience
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hands-on experience with ad servers like DoubleClick or Atlas
• Familiarity with campaign platforms like AdWords, Omniture, Web Trends, or other analytics tools
• Prior experience managing storefront content or working in CMS tools (e.g., Shopify, Wix)
• Experience supporting marketing for retailers like Amazon, Walmart, Target, or Best Buy
• Familiarity with internal tools such as Content Symphony is a plus
