PL/SQL

Serve as application developer, project manager and/or team participant on complex application development projects using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, PL/SQL, Oracle Application Express (APEX), Java, and .NET applications incorporating best practice security controls into the applications. Analyze agency business processes to determine user and application requirements. Design applications for relational database structures using normalization process creating an entity relationship diagram. Develop, re-engineer, implement, maintain, and document applications developed in Oracle. Design, develop, implement, and coordinate interface applications to third party applications as needed. HTML development, Java development, Unix scripting, and PMP certification a plus. The focus for this contract position will be to provide and deploy an in-house developed off-line client and synchronization process for a mission-critical inspection system. Experience creating an Oracle off-line client and synchronization process is desired.
