What You’ll Do 
Guide homeowners through a professional consultation process focused on education, trust, and long-term value.

Your responsibilities include:
  • Meeting qualified homeowners through warm consultations
  • Supporting appointment creation through targeted canvassing when needed
  • Educating homeowners on utility costs, grid instability, and solar solutions
  • Representing SPARTA as a professional, ethical advisor
  • Managing consultations through enrollment and follow-up
  • Operating within active residential zones with consistent homeowner demand

Salt Lake City Territory
Consulting homeowners across Salt Lake City, including Sugar House, Holladay, Millcreek, and surrounding east-side neighborhoods. Important: We do not hard-close at the door. Your role is to elevate the homeowner experience and guide customers into a premium consultation flow. Warm consultations are allocated based on performance, consistency, and territory needs.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of residential door-to-door or solar sales
  • Comfortable engaging homeowners in residential environments
  • Ability to walk several miles per day
  • Evenings and some Saturdays required
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • This is not a remote role. Local in-field work is required.
  • Commitment to training, professionalism, and accountability
  • Coachable mindset with openness to feedback

Earning Potential 
Estimated annual earnings range: $135,000–$350,000+ (OTE, commission-based)
