CTR Group is hiring several Overhead Crane Operators for a Steel Manufacturing Company in the Murfreesboro, NC area. Immediate openings and urgently hiring!

PAY RATE: $20 per Hour

RESPONSIBILITIES & REQUIREMENTS:

• MiJack crane experience is a plus but will train candidates with overhead crane or heavy equipment operation experience are encouraged to apply.
• Determine load weights and check them against lifting capacities to prevent overload.
• Operate travel lift cranes, Mechanized Devices, or Equipment for the loading moving and unloading of materials.
• Handling and moving large extremely heavy objects.
• Inspect cables or grappling devices for wear and install or replace cables, as needed.
• Clean, lubricate, and maintain mechanisms such as cables, pulleys, or grappling devices, making repairs as necessary.
• Inspect and adjust crane mechanisms or lifting accessories to prevent malfunctions or damage.
• Review daily work or delivery schedules to determine orders, sequences of deliveries, or special loading instructions.
• Signal directions or warnings to coworkers.
• Monitor materials, or surroundings.
• Read work order or instructions in English Language.
• Communicating with Supervisors, Peers, or Subordinates in English Language.
