• Pay ranges from $0 to $3000 weekly, with weekly settlements every Friday, unlimited home time, and perks like load board discounts, personalized maintenance escrow, and back-office support.
• Benefits include maintenance and insurance discounts, covered semi-annual DOT inspections, virtual orientation, and recognition for clean inspections. Drivers can operate OTR, regional, or local, with no forced dispatch in the Connect Program.
