Advance Services is now hiring workers for the Painting Dept in Sumner, IA. This is a great opportunity to gain experience in manufacturing, production, and assembly.


Location: Sumner, IA
Pay: $18 - 20/hr
Shift: 6am - 3:30pm Mon - Thursday (6-10am on Friday)

Job Duties:

- Installing doors on racks, modules, and cabs after painting
- Sanding and buffing cab doors, fenders, and hood before attaching
- Removing and organizing doors and hinges for painting
- Quality checking finished trucks and applying spray and shine
- Checking paint thickness with Mil gauge and documenting
- Cleaning door hinges and compartments
- Sanding, grinding, and applying bondo as needed for smooth finish
