Job Title: Civil Litigation Paralegal (Remote)
Location: Fully Remote (Only Florida residents will be considered)
Compensation: $65,000 - $75,000 per year

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced, full-time Civil Litigation Paralegal to join our dynamic legal team. This is a fully remote position, offering an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive and professional environment. You will primarily handle pre-suit real estate and general civil litigation matters, playing a key role in ensuring smooth case management and providing invaluable support to attorneys throughout all stages of the litigation process.

Key Responsibilities:

Support attorneys in all phases of civil litigation, with a focus on pre-suit cases
Draft legal letters, pleadings, and motions
Organize and electronically file pleadings and discovery documents
Conduct thorough legal research
Assist with comprehensive case management tasks
Coordinate and schedule deadlines, appointments, and meetings
Communicate with opposing counsel and judicial assistants
Maintain attorneys' calendars and ensure timely follow-up
Prepare discovery materials and assist in organizing and bates stamping documents
Support attorneys in preparing for mediation, arbitration, and trial
Regularly update clients on the status of their cases
Required Qualifications:

Paralegal Certificate (preferred)
At least 3 years of experience in real estate litigation, HOA/COA, and/or foreclosure
Experience with remote work is preferred
Strong written communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook
Familiarity with Clio Manage and Clio Grow (preferred)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
