Job Description

Harley Davidson of Scottsdale is growing and were looking for an experienced parts manager to join our team. The Parts Manager is responsible for creating a memorable customer experience that drives referrals, managing the operations and employees of the department, and ensuring profitability through sound management practices. Key responsibilities include overseeing inventory management, maintaining a balanced stock to support demand, and maximizing the return on investment for inventory. The role also involves developing promotional campaigns, ensuring superior customer service, and fostering a clean, efficient, and organized department.

This position emphasizes leadership in operations, customer service, and management, including coaching and training staff, establishing procedures, and meeting budgeted revenue and expense objectives. Additional duties include recruiting and evaluating employees, developing sales strategies, and providing regular performance reports to the General Manager. Candidates must have at least five years of retail sales and inventory management experience, strong customer service skills, and knowledge of motorcycle parts and services. Physical demands include the ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and occasionally balance or push motorcycles weighing 600+ lbs.
