The hospital has a 14-bed pediatric ward including a 6-bed PICU. In addition to our two pediatric intensivists, there is full pediatric subspecialty support including pediatric: surgery, cardiology, pulmonary, GI, urology, nephrology, hematology, endocrinology and neurology. The pediatric emergency room is covered by our affiliated group of pediatric ER physicians. Flexible scheduling offers a great work/life balance and call is from home. Teaching opportunities with 3rd year medical students. About The Area Henderson is the second largest city in Nevada and is part of the Las Vegas metropolitan area.
