Position Details
Full-Time Opportunities:
Pediatric Occupational Therapist
Location: In-Clinic (Aqua/Farm-based opportunities available)
As a trained Feeding Therapist, you can incorporate feeding sessions into your schedule.
Enjoy a full-time schedule of 4-5 days per week, with a minimum of 26 hours of treatment sessions per week, including one initial evaluation each month (unused cancellations can be allocated for documentation and evaluation write-ups, as well as progress reports and re-evaluations as needed).

Your Support Team Includes:
Full-Time Schedule Coordinator: Prepares caseloads for new hires, fills cancellations when possible, and manages all scheduling needs.
Insurance Medical Biller: Assists with insurance billing, coding, and submitting claims.
Clinic Coordinator: Manages clinic inventory, supplies, and daily operations.
New Client Coordinator: Facilitates intake paperwork and service setup.
Grounds Manager: Handles cleaning and maintenance of the clinic.
Therapy Space:

Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and assess client progress and treatment plans.
Communicate treatment outcomes to families.
Document evaluations and plans of care promptly.
Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team.
Maintain an organized workspace.
Qualifications:
Current OTR Certification required.
Must obtain a Hawaii License (upon hire).
Must secure an NPI number (upon hire).
Obtain BLS certification through an accredited course (upon hire).
Complete insurance provider applications (upon hire).
Ability to handle a physical workload.

Pay: $47.00 - $50.00 per hour
Expected Hours: 30 - 40 per week
