salary: $60 - $65 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: Associate

Responsibilities

What you will be doing:

• Responsible for screening and securing top-tier medical talent to meet our healthcare organization's needs.
• Collaborating with hiring leaders to understand staffing requirements, utilizing various recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle from initial contact to onboarding

What you will have:

• 5+ years of recruitment experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
• 1+ years of Provider recruitment experience
• Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
