Shifts & pay for picker/packer warehouse associates :

• 1st shift Monday-Friday 7:00AM-3:00PM
  • Pay for 1st shift: $15.50
• 2nd shift Monday-Friday 3:30pm-11:30pm
  • Pay for 2nd shift: $16.50
• Overtime on weekdays and weekends may be required

Job responsibilities for picker/packer warehouse associates:

1. Selects, identifies, verifies, packages, labels, and places product(s) into shipping container(s) and/or ships (loads) product(s) as required.
2. Details actual tasks vs. expected tasks through the comparison of picking and/or packing lists to customer documents.
3. Recounts product before shipment to ensure accuracy.
4. Labels and addresses product as required.
5. Ensures product(s) meet(s) all requirements before packing and shipping.
6. Handles all products according to customer and employer procedures.
7. Communicate effectively with leadership and co-workers.
8. Performance of physical requirements further detailed below.
9. Ability to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
10. Ability to use RF scanners and pallet jacks as necessary.
11. Must be detailed oriented and be able to handle multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.
12. Ability to excel in a team-oriented environment and achieve safety, quality, and productivity goals.

Job requirements for picker/packer warehouse associates:

• 1 year warehouse experience preferred
• Must have the ability to stand and walk the warehouse for extended periods of time
• Must be willing to submit drug test and background check

• 40 hours of sick pay
