Insure National is a national staffing firm and we partner with Insurance organizations nationally. We have partnered with one of the largest carriers in the US and due to rapid growth and an increase in volume, we are looking to bring on a PIP Claims Adjuster located in Michigan.
DAY to DAY
As a PIP Litigation Specialist, you will be responsible for Michigan PIP claims. The role will require proficiency in dealing with the MCCA (payment portal) and attorney represented claims. Day to day, you will work with insureds, physicians’ offices, and medical insurance carriers to obtain necessary information to complete the claims review process and make the appropriate determinations.
During your ramp up process, you'll be handling between 50-100 claims and depending on how quickly you pick up on processes and how quickly you handle those claims, you will be given more with a max pending of 130 to 150 claims.
MUST HAVES
MUST have 3+ most recent years experience in Michigan PIP claims
Knowledge of Michigan reforming/laws change
Michigan jurisdictional knowledge
Customer service skills
