Franco Manca, the Neapolitan sourdough pizza restaurant is coming soon, and we're looking for the best Pizza Chefs in Bristol to join our team.
Since our 2008 opening in Brixtons market, we have created an amazing reputation by using nothing but the freshest ingredients to produce our traditional Neapolitan sourdough Pizzas. Our menu has only 7 pizzas and specials which change daily, sourcing only the top quality ingredients from local suppliers. Our Pizza Chefs are called Pizzaiolo because we use traditional Neapolitan wood-fired oven techniques to cook our classic pizzas at 500 degrees for 45 seconds.
The perfect Pizzaiolo will have experience of working with a wood-fired oven, will be capable of working under pressure while maintaining high health & safety and hygiene standards and have the ability to clearly communicate with the Head Chef. As our kitchen is on display to the public, you will need to be both personable and well presented.
