Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 per year

Job Details We are seeking a skilled Plant Manager to join our team and help cultivate effective leadership. In this role, you will be responsible for a range of essential tasks, such as maintaining work and production schedules, hiring and training new employees, and analyzing data to identify areas for improvement. With a keen focus on employee and plant safety, you will ensure production equipment remains in top condition and that production goals and profitability targets are consistently met. Your responsibilities will also include overseeing the performance of workers, technicians, and quality controllers, as well as acting as a bridge between middle management and operations personnel.
The Plant Manage collaborates with maintenance and purchasing departments, while overseeing all aspects of the fabrication operation - Production, Shipping, and Quality Control.
Experience:
- 5+ years’ experience, more than 10 years is a plus.
- Experience with cabinet manufacturing
- Knowledge and experience in production and manufacturing processes and techniques
- Knowledge of raw materials
- Knowledge of quality systems and standards
- Knowledge of safety health and safety standards and compliance
- Knowledge of human resource principles and practices
- Knowledge of machines and tools
- Microsoft Office Products (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
