Position Overview:
Join our team as a Post Installer and Sign Tech. As a Post Installer and Sign Tech at North East Sign Tracker, you will play a crucial role in our operations by installing and removing signs and posts per assigned routes and service orders.

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual that enjoys working independently and takes pride in delivering excellent service. This position offers flexible hours and the opportunity to work outdoors.

Currently offering a $1000.00 sign on bonus!!
Bonus will be paid over the course of 6 months of employment.

• Earn $200.00 after the first 3 months.
• Earn $300.00 after your first 12 months.
• Earn $500.00 after completing your first full calendar year.

Responsibilities:

• Driving: Safely navigate to assigned locations using company-provided vehicles.
• Post installation and removal: Install signs and posts at designated properties in accordance with company standards.
• Maintenance: Ensure signage is securely installed and presentable, making adjustments as needed for optimal visibility.
• Communication: Maintain professional and courteous communication with office staff regarding installation details and any special instructions

Qualifications:

• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required. Employment is subject to a successful background check.
• Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently.
• Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools and company equipment (training provided).

• Competitive hourly wage starting at $18.00 per hour.
