What will you do?

• As a Practice Manager, you’ll be the driving force of success in our clinic, ensuring each patient feels valued and cared for. You will do things like:
• Lead the team and flow of the clinic ensuring low wait times, high patient care, and stellar patient satisfaction.
• Ensure the clinic achieves operating targets with respect to both performance and budget.
• Coach and develop your team to be the best they can be.
• Maintain excellent communication with all partners, leadership, and team members.
• Market the clinic and sister clinics to the community through various efforts both in person and digitally through blog and social media posts.
