Job Description

Our client is a leader in the healthcare industry and they wish to hire a Practice Manager that will ensure the smooth operations and excellent patient care within the practice. Works closely with the staff to achieve the organization's goals and maintain high-quality service standards.

Essential duties include-

  • Oversee day-to-day administrative operations, including scheduling, patient registration, insurance verification, and managing patient records.
  • Ensure compliance with policies and job descriptions, maintaining a well-organized and efficient office environment.
  • Supervises office staff, including dental assistants, receptionists, and administrative personnel.
  • Ensure staff members are properly trained and perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage the practice's finances, including billing, accounts receivable, and budgeting.
  • Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and scheduling issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA and HIPAA regulations.
  • Oversee inventory of supplies and equipment.
  • Ensure supplies are ordered in a timely manner and the practice has necessary equipment to operate efficiently.
  • Implement marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
  • Monitor and maintain quality standards within the practice.
  • Conduct regular audits and evaluations to ensure high-quality care to patients.

Job requirements-

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in office management or healthcare administration.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of practice software and electronic health records systems.
  • Understanding of regulatory requirements and standards in healthcare.
