We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Pre-Owned Sales Manager .  As the Pre-Owned Sales Manager, you will oversee all aspects of the dealership’s pre-owned vehicle sales operations.  This includes managing inventory, pricing strategies, customer engagement, and team performance.  You’ll play a key role in maximizing profitability, maintaining strong relationships with customers, and ensuring a high-performing sales culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Leadership – Drive pre-owned vehicle sales volume and profitability while ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. 
• Team Management – Recruit, train, coach and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve and exceed targets.
• Inventory Management – Monitor and adjust vehicle inventory levels, pricing and merchandising to align with market demand.
• Customer Experience – Ensure an outstanding buying experience that fosters repeat business and customer referrals.
• Marketing & Promotions – Develop and execute strategies for online and in-store marketing of pre-owned inventory.
• Process Improvement – Continuously refine sales processes, lead follow-up procedures, and CRM utilization to enhance efficiency.
• Vendor Relations – Work closely with wholesalers, auction houses, and trade-in appraisers to optimize inventory sourcing.

• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of proven success in automotive sales management, preferably in used vehicles.
• Leadership: Strong ability to mentor, train and lead a sales team to exceed goals.
• Sales & Negotiation: Strong understanding of vehicle pricing, financing and trade-in valuation.
• Market Knowledge: Familiarity with Colorado’s automotive market trends and competitive landscape.
• CRM & Digital Tools: Proficient in CRM systems, inventory management and pricing.  DealerTrack, vAuto preferred.
• Customer Focus: Passion for delivering an outstanding guest experience and maintaining high CSI scores.
• Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data, sales trends, and financial reports to make strategic decisions.
