We are seeking a passionate and dynamic Preschool or Elementary School Teacher / Educator to join our growing team. In this role, you will build and maintain strong relationships with strategic partners in Miami-Dade County, ensuring their success from onboarding through renewal. This opportunity is perfect for someone who has a sales mindset, a passion for education, and a proactive approach to supporting others. While the role is remote, it involves regular visits to customers in Miami-Dade County and the surrounding areas, with occasional work outside of regular business hours, including nights and weekends, to support our partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Build and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with key partners.
Serve as the main point of contact for partner inquiries, needs, and issues.
Conduct regular onsite check-ins to assess partner satisfaction and gather feedback.
Design and implement an effective onboarding process for new partners.
Develop and execute a partner success strategy that aligns with organizational goals.
Identify opportunities for growth and collaboration with partners.
Provide training and resources to partners to ensure they maximize the benefits of our products.
Act as a liaison between partners and internal teams to resolve issues quickly.
Analyze partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Generate detailed reports on partner success metrics.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure consistent partner strategies.
Assist with solving customer support issues across the entire customer base.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in education or a related field.
3+ years of experience as a preschool or elementary school teacher, preferably in a public school setting.
Fluency in Spanish (written and spoken).
Proven ability to take initiative, demonstrate resilience, and work independently.
Strong advocacy for early childhood education.
Exceptional communication, networking, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret partner data and make data-driven decisions.
Highly organized and eager to explore new project management tools and techniques.
Comfortable making outreach calls to engage providers and teachers.
Willingness to travel within Miami-Dade County, including weekends and evenings for events.

Compensation:
This full-time position is based in Miami, with a hybrid work schedule. The salary range is $70,000 to $80,000 USD, with additional bonus and stock options. Total compensation will be based on experience and skill level.
