Job Description: We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Printer/Copier Technician to join our team. The role involves a focus on HP Color and Mono LaserJet Printers, MFPs, and HP DesignJet Wide Format Plotters. Your primary responsibilities will include the thorough diagnosis of our inventory as it is received, recommending necessary repairs, and performing these repairs when feasible. This role is crucial in maintaining the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose problems in HP Color and Mono LaserJet Printers, MFPs, and HP DesignJet Wide Format Plotters upon receipt.
• Make informed recommendations for repairs and refurbishments.
• Carry out effective and efficient repairs on equipment deemed feasible for refurbishment.
• Ensure that all repaired items meet the quality standards of ReNEwed Warehouse.
• Keep accurate records of diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance activities.
• Stay updated with the latest HP technology and repair techniques.
• Manage inventory of parts and supplies necessary for repair work.
• Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in diagnosing and repairing printers and copiers, with a focus on HP products.
• Strong knowledge of HP Color and Mono LaserJet Printers, MFPs, and DesignJet Plotters.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills for interacting with team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• HP technical certifications or equivalent experience preferred.
• High school diploma required; technical or vocational training highly valued.
