Join our team as a creative and detail-oriented Product Development Specialist supporting our upholstery operations. In this role, you will support the design and launch of innovative products from concept through production, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life. What You Do

• Generous Employee Product Purchase discount.
• Develops, cuts and makes patterns.
• Works in Auto Cad and Soft Worx.
• Communicates frequently with team members to address issues that may need support in factory departments.
• Ensures accuracy of notes documented and turned in to Product Development and Plant Leadership for review.
• Recommends and implements process improvements as needed to improve production.
• Adjusts current patterns for better efficiency.
• Assists with upholstery and trim.
• Assesses product cost – looks for cost reduction opportunities while maintaining the highest quality.

What You Bring

• Ten or more years of furniture upholstery manufacturing experience
• Ability to work well with others as well as independently under strict deadlines
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to prioritize workload tasks
• Strong understanding of product efficiency
