PROFESSIONAL LAND SURVEYOR — SOUTH CAROLINA 📍

A powerhouse civil/land development firm in South Carolina is expanding fast — and they’re hunting for a Professional Land Surveyor (PLS) who’s ready to step into a high-impact role. If you’re the kind of surveyor who knows the field, owns the details, and isn’t afraid of a little dirt on your boots… keep reading.

🔥 What You’ll Take Charge Of

• Leading boundary, topo, ALTA, construction staking, and right-of-way surveys
• Managing field crews and mentoring junior survey techs
• Reviewing plats, legal descriptions, maps, and survey deliverables with razor-sharp accuracy
• Coordinating with civil engineers, contractors, developers, and municipalities
• Overseeing QA/QC from first shot to final seal
• Working on everything from subdivision expansions to commercial development to big public infrastructure

💥 What You Bring

• Active South Carolina PLS license (or ability to obtain quickly)
• Mastery in GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors, and modern survey tech
• Strong command of AutoCAD/Civil 3D
• Field experience + office experience — the perfect hybrid
• A leadership mindset and the confidence to take ownership of projects
• Ability to juggle multiple deadlines without breaking stride
