In This Role

In this role, you will support and scale people-focused programs within a fast-paced, AI-first organization. You will manage multiple concurrent initiatives such as onboarding, intern engagement, learning programs, and site-wide experiences, ensuring smooth execution, strong communication, and measurable impact. The role requires strong program coordination, cross-functional collaboration, and a data-driven mindset to continuously improve employee experience and engagement. You will operate with a high degree of autonomy while partnering closely with stakeholders across People Operations, Communications, and Business Operations.

Responsibilities

  • Plan, prioritize, and manage daily work across multiple programs, balancing urgency, dependencies, and stakeholder expectations
  • Coordinate onboarding and employee experience programs, including sending and tracking new-hire welcome communications to meet week-one deliverables
  • Manage logistics and execution for concurrent initiatives such as onboarding, intern programs, learning events, and site engagement activities
  • Partner cross-functionally with HR, Communications, Business Operations, and program stakeholders to align on deliverables and resolve blockers
  • Maintain and refresh SharePoint sites, digital documentation, and internal content to ensure accuracy, accessibility, and engagement
  • Monitor program inboxes and collaboration channels; respond to inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and manage last-minute changes
  • Draft internal communications including newsletters, collaboration posts, event materials, run-of-show documents, and speaker briefs
  • Build and deliver concise reports and dashboards that translate program status, participation, and outcomes into clear leadership narratives
  • Analyze engagement, participation, and sentiment data using Power BI and Excel to inform decisions and improve programs
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, scale operations, and integrate AI-enabled solutions to improve efficiency and impact

Qualifications

  • 24 years of experience building or managing people programs, employee experience initiatives, or operational programs at scale
  • Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth, or startup-like environments
  • Strong program coordination and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
  • Hands-on experience designing, managing, and maintaining SharePoint sites and digital content
  • Proficiency in Power BI and advanced Excel for data analysis, reporting, and visualization
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience creating internal communications and executive-ready materials
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently, proactively anticipate needs, and meet deadlines with high-quality output
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with shifting priorities

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting Employee Experience, People Operations, Learning & Development, or HR programs
  • Exposure to AI-first or technology-driven organizations
  • Experience using engagement metrics or sentiment data to inform program improvements
  • Familiarity with process optimization, workflow automation, or AI-enabled productivity tools
  • Prior experience supporting hybrid or distributed teams

Salary Range

Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $90,000- $100,000 USD annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidates qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
