We’re passionate about what we do and are looking for equally passionate professionals to join our team. We’re currently seeking a Project Engineer—a self-motivated and innovative team member who thrives on delivering high-quality, technically sound, and timely network installations.

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities

1. Collaboration with Project Managers

• Partner with Project Managers to plan and execute network installations.
• Ensure projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.

2. On-Site Coordination with Technicians

• Develop and communicate detailed implementation strategies to on-site technicians.
• Ensure smooth execution of the network installation plan.

3. Network Equipment Configuration

• Configure and deploy networking hardware based on internal and brand requirements, including:
  • Switches: Aruba, Ruckus, Cambium, Meraki, Corning
  • Access Points: Aruba, Ruckus, Cambium, Meraki, Corning
  • Gateways: Nomadix, SolutionIP, Mikrotik, RWG
  • Firewalls: WatchGuard, Fortinet, Mikrotik, Meraki MX
  • Wireless Controllers: ZoneDirector, Virtual SmartZone, Aruba Central, Corning

4. Network Documentation

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate records in our internal system such as:
  • Port mapping
  • Remote equipment credentials (IPs, ports, logins)
  • ISP and vendor details

5. Vendor Coordination

• Work with third-party vendors to meet their network integration requirements.
• Ensure compatibility with the overall network design.

6. Communication with Property Management

• Address and implement custom network requests such as:
  • Staff SSID configurations
  • Device whitelisting
  • Passcode and access management

Primary Responsibilities

• Review Network Designs: Analyze logical diagrams to understand and prepare for equipment deployment.
• On-Site Technical Support: Guide and support technicians during installation to ensure remote access and proper configuration.
• Project Coordination: Communicate proactively with Project Managers to report progress and remove technical blockers.
• Brand-Specific Configuration: Apply brand-compliant equipment configurations.
• Vendor Network Integration: Coordinate vendor onboarding and network alignment.

Required Experience & Skills

• TCP/IP networking, including subnets, DHCP, and basic routing
• Solid understanding of VLANs
• Experience working with Wi-Fi networks and 802.11x standards
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Routers: Cisco and similar platforms
  • Switches: Aruba, Cisco/Meraki, Cambium, Ruckus
  • Access Points: Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba
  • Wireless Controllers: Ruckus, Cisco, Aruba
  • Gateways: Nomadix, Aruba, Mikrotik, SolutionIP
• Familiarity with MS Windows environments: networking, updates, and Active Directory
• Strong attention to detail and accurate documentation practices
• Ability to lead installation teams remotely or from the SNA office
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to stay focused and perform well under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach
• Experience in the hospitality industry is a strong plus
