Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all phases of multi-family construction projects, including pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Lead and coordinate project teams, including consultants, designers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers, ensuring all parties are aligned with project goals and timelines.
- Prepare and manage project budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure that projects are completed within financial parameters. Identify and address potential cost overruns.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring that milestones are met, and any delays are proactively managed to keep the project on track.
- Work in close coordination with Project Superintendent to create the projects weekly work schedule to ensure that the project goals are met.
- Review monthly invoices and oversees documentation and approval needed to ensure timely funding for the project
- Represent Fiduciary Real Estate Development in the subcontract negotiations
General Requirements: - 5+ years of experience managing work in the construction industry
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of technical training and/or related experience
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCM (Certified Construction Manager) are a plus.
- Ability to actively maintain relationships within the construction contracting industry
- Possess exceptional organizational and planning skills (detail-oriented person)
- Ability to recognize and solve problems independently
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
