MJHS is a large not-for-profit health system in the Greater New York area. Responsibilities:

Our Corporate team may not provide direct care, but we still touch people's lives in a very real and substantial way. The services we provide contribute greatly to the overall patient and member experience, supporting our reputation for excellence.

• In this role, you will provide business acumen and project management support for complex and system-wide strategic initiatives
• You will work closely with the Strategy and Innovation and corporate-wide leadership to drive research, analytics and project management for successful planning and implementation of priority projects for the organization
• You would build effective working relationships, lead working sessions, and take the lead in developing needed project plans, business models, presentations to support updates or change management
• You will identify key risks and strategizes on approach with supervisor
• You will support the junior staff in both executing works and their learning and development journey

Qualifications:

• Bachelors Degree and relevant experience in healthcare, non-for-profit sector or relevant skill set. Masters Degree in Healthcare administration, business administration or public health field is preferred.
• 5 or more years of experience in the healthcare industry, consulting or other related field
• Microsoft Suite proficiency in excel, power point, visio, power BI preferred.
• Strong writing and analytical skills.
• Advanced project management skills.
• Project Management Certification preferred but not required.
