About Us
Red Clover is a New Jersey-based outsourced strategic Human Resources firm managing the recruitment process on behalf of a client. Our client, a construction company, founded in 1995, is a coordinated and dedicated team of construction professionals with expertise in concrete, masonry, plastering, drywall, and acoustics. Over time, our client has grown into a reliable multi-trade contractor with bonding capacity, offering a wide range of services to support the successful completion of projects of all sizes.
With a union workforce of more than 500, we perform most of our work in-house, giving our clients greater flexibility and control. From the start, our client has built its reputation on core values of teamwork, integrity, transparency, and a strong commitment to safety — consistently delivering high-quality work to its clients.
About the Role
The Project Manager plays a key role in the planning and execution of commercial concrete construction projects, typically managing multiple projects simultaneously. This position is best suited for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings a proactive, solutions-focused approach to their work. Reporting to the Director of Operations, the Project Manager is responsible for leading project setup, maintaining thorough documentation, and collaborating with both office staff and construction field teams to ensure seamless execution. While the role is primarily office-based, occasional site visits are required. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects and grow within a dynamic, team-oriented company.
About The CandidateThe ideal candidate has five years of experience in project or construction management, preferably within concrete or masonry. They are organized, self-driven, and capable of managing several projects simultaneously with minimal supervision. A collaborative approach, strong attention to detail, and adaptability are essential. The candidate should be comfortable working with both office and field teams and using technology to streamline processes and maintain accurate documentation. This is an excellent opportunity for someone seeking to grow within a company that values professionalism, accountability, and long-term development.
