Position: Quality Manager

Location: Tulsa, OK

Pay: $80,000 to $95,000/year

Experience: At least 5 years of leadership experience in a quality management role, preferably in aerospace manufacturing.

Education: Degree in a relevant field required.

Type: Full-time; Direct Hire

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift

Job Description:

• Oversee quality operations for aerospace machining products to ensure compliance with quality standards and customer specifications.
• Lead and direct the daily work of quality assurance personnel.
• Ensure all quality team members are properly trained on procedures and protocols.
• Develop, revise, and implement company quality policies and procedures.
• Conduct and manage internal and external quality audits.
• Perform or oversee First Article Inspections (FAI) and use of Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMM).
• Review and interpret technical documents, engineering specs, and customer requirements.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in quality processes and systems.

Position Requirements:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and database management tools.
• Experience with First Article Inspections (FAI) and CMM equipment.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and engineering drawings.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal communication abilities.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
