ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES: As a Radar Tracking Analyst for the Missile Defense National Team, you will work alongside industry subject matter experts in a multi-contractor environment responsible for partnering with the Missile Defense Agency to counter advanced threats. The individual will provide M&S development for radar tracking algorithms, conduct performance analysis, document analysis, and brief results to Program and Government leadership. The individual will develop and execute object-oriented MATLAB simulations which include sensor phenomenology, signal processing, detection, tracking, and discrimination functions.
