Ascension Global Staffing & Executive Search is seeking a Real Estate Leasing Attorney needed for our client's New York office to work primarily on commercial office leasing arrangements for large, national, institutional clients.

  • Candidates should have 4 to 7 years of experience in commercial leasing experience working on high-end tenant representation office leasing transactions for major companies would be ideal.
  • Associates will have direct client contact, work independently, and have autonomy to run their matters when appropriate.
  • This is an excellent opportunity to work in a hybrid environment in an entrepreneurial firm.
  • NY Bar required

The expected salary range for this position is between $200,000 to $300,000. Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience and other job-related factors permitted by law.
