Overview

As the face of our company, the Receptionist will greet and welcome clients, vendors and employees into our AssuredPartners facilities. Additionally, you will answer phones, process mail and perform other administrative tasks. If you like variety throughout your work day, this is the role for you.

How you'll make an impact

• Welcome onsite-visitors, determines nature of business, and announces visitors to appropriate personnel. Maintains lobby appearance.
• Answers incoming phone calls, determines purpose of callers, and forwards call to appropriate personnel. Answers questions about the organization and provides callers with address, directions, and other information.
• Sorts and routes incoming mail, either paper or electronic, to the appropriate personnel. Processes outgoing mail including UPS/FedEx packages.
• Orders, receives, and maintains office supplies including business cards and specialty printed materials.
• Performs clerical duties such as photocopying, filing and maintaining data.
• Other duties as assigned.
• Travel is expected to be negligible in this role.
• Diligence and attention to detail

About You

Required: High school diploma; no experience required.

Preferred:Tech savvy; ability to navigate multiple systems including Microsoft Office Suite and call management systems

Behaviors: Good interpersonal and verbal communication skills highly desirable.

We offer a competitive and comprehensive compensation package. The base salary range represents the anticipated low end and high end of the range for this position. The actual compensation will be influenced by a wide range of factors including, but not limited to previous experience, education, pay market/geography, complexity or scope, specialized skill set, lines of business/practice area, supply/demand, and scheduled hours.
