RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Fill out daily reports
• Handle office clerical items
• Implement agency ideas
• Check trackers to hold staff accountable
• Manage emails
• Organize agency owners to do list
• Collect signatures from customers
• Market our agency to the local community

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
