PROFESSIONAL - RECRUITER Our firm is searching for RECRUITER/SALES professionals. We are the oldest placement and recruitment firm in the Southwest. Our average recruiter has been in the business for more than 16 years (the average in the recruitment business is 15 months). After being privately owned since 1952 we are creating an ESOP Program. Our goal is that everyone who comes to work here becomes an OWNER and will retire with hundreds of thousands of dollars, and some with more than $1 million, as well as making a wonderful living along the way. Our training is the best in the business and our longevity speaks for itself. We are particularly interested in recruiters for our ADMINISTRATIVE, BANKING and ENGINEERING/TECHNICAL departments. This is a long-term career and requires commitment. We absolutely APPRECIATE OLDER EMPLOYEES (our average age is 54 years old. “Life” experiences really work well here. Base salary plus commission. First year’s earnings should be between $65,000 and $100,000. Earning beyond $100,000 consistently year in and year out is very reasonable. THIS IS A SALES JOB!!!
We are an "old school" values firm! We are NOT “work from home!” We are in the office every day from 8 AM to 5 PM. Our office is at Mockingbird and Central Expressway. We DO NOT take clients to lunch or dinner or happy hour. They don't care about that. All they care about is getting good, quality employees and a good quality job. (One of our Associates commutes from North Fort Worth) We have a traditional work ethic… It has allowed 2 of our Associates to earn more than $500,000 2 years in a row including this “off” year. (One of them after his third year.) We dress professionally …coats and ties…NO shorts and flip-flops. There is no saturation point to this profession. The longer you do it the better you get. It takes a very specific type of sales personality to be successful in this profession and we are very careful about the associates we hire.
