We are seeking a Regional Sales Rep to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with an experienced Regional Sales Manager II in the same territory, forming a powerful sales partnership to drive future sales growth and establish market dominance within your designated region. You will be at the forefront of our sales efforts, responsible for nurturing existing accounts, securing new ones, and playing a crucial role in forecasting sales for the territory. Responsibilities/Duties:
•Nurturing Existing Accounts: Develop and enhance relationships with our valued existing accounts, with a focus on increasing future sales and revenue. Leverage insights and support from the future Regional Sales Manager II to foster long-term partnerships.
•Securing New Accounts: Actively identify and secure future accounts, working collaboratively with the RSM II to expand our company's future market presence.
•Sales Forecasting: In partnership with the RSM II, analyze market trends, customer behavior, and historical data to provide accurate sales forecasts. Your insights will enable the company to make informed decisions and plan for future growth.
•Lunch and Learn Presentations: Take a pivotal role in executing future lunch and learn presentations as directed by our business development team. Ensure effective education and engagement with both existing and potential future customers.
•Market Intelligence: Collaborate with our marketing and business development departments to target specific market segments, aligning your efforts with our overall future business objectives. Gather and share important customer and market data to help shape our future sales and marketing strategies.

Team Collaboration: This position will be part of the Sales Team. It will collaborate closely with the Sales Support Team, including Inside Sales, Technical Sales and Business Development, and also the Marketing Department.

Travel: This role will travel regularly (approximately three weeks a month):
•Developing customer and end-user relationships (existing and prospective)
•Providing sales and technical training
•Conducting engineering outreach events
•Attending association meetings, trade shows and events
•Other sales activities

Training and Resources: Client will provide extensive training and resources, including the use of our company CRM, access to experienced professionals within the company, promotional materials, catalogues, and targeted presentations for various market segments.

Career Growth: This position is designed as a stepping stone, with the aim of promoting individuals to the role of Regional Sales Manager II.

Timing of Hire: We are eager to fill this position as soon as possible to expand our outreach and impact within the markets we serve.

Qualifications/Requirements:
•Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales
•An associate or a bachelor's degree (a plus)

Skills and Competencies:
•Proven customer service, negotiation, and sales skills
•Experience using relevant CRM software and Microsoft Office
•The ability to work independently and travel as needed
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
•Ability to quickly learn and articulate technical information.
•Self-motivated and driven to achieve and exceed targets.

•High level of professionalism and integrity.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
