The Role

As a CPA Manager, you'll be at the forefront of our operations, leading a team of skilled professionals and ensuring the highest quality of tax services. Your role is pivotal in upholding our reputation as a premier expat tax service provider.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a team of tax professionals, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth.
• Ensure excellence in client service, managing complex expat tax cases with expertise and creativity.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance our services and client experience.

Qualifications:

• CPA license required.
• Experience in US expat tax services.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability and openness to new ideas and approaches.

• Our compensation package includes a base salary + bonus. The base salary ranges from $60,000 to $90,000 USD per year, depending on depth of individual expat tax background and experience in a leadership role. Current Bright!Tax CPA Managers earn total compensation between $70,000 and $135,000 USD.
