What You'll Do

• Build strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and top talent.
• Partner with businesses to fill critical roles quickly and effectively.
• Source, screen, and prepare candidates for interviews and negotiate offers.
• Utilize cutting-edge recruiting tools and proven methods to connect the right people with the right opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
• High energy, resilience, and a passion for connecting people.
• Comfortable with phone-based relationship building and outbound activity.
• Integrity, confidentiality, and a strong ethical mindset.
• Degree preferred, but not required.
