As a Residential Carpet Cleaning Specialist, you'll be the face of Woodard to the community, building on our long reputation of providing unmatched service and quality to each customer.

What You'll Do:

• Deliver a quality outcome for each customer
• Communicate expected results and limitations with customer
• Sell add-on services, as appropriate
• Clean carpet, upholstery, and hard surfaces to customer's satisfaction using approved agents, tools, equipment, and procedures
• Complete and submit required paperwork accurately and on time
• Respond during on-call rotation and emergency rushes for fire and flood damage

What it takes:

• Above average attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills
• Current, valid Driver's License
• Ability to obtain and maintain Class E Driver's License within 30 days
