Senior Property Manager
Our company is looking for a Senior Property Manager who will oversee day-to-day operations while maximizing the overall performance of the communities . In this role, you will be the first point of contact - assisting residents with their leasing needs and ensuring a positive experience.
Description:
· Manage all Resident Communication
· Supervise and oversee staff
· Complete Leasing process by showing, screening applications, & generating leases
· Manage Move In/Out Process
· Monitor resident Receipts / Charges
· Process Vendor invoices for payment
· Completing Data Entry
· Coordinate Maintenance Requests and Apartment Turn Overs
· Assist with Marketing and Advertising Initiatives
Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Previous experience in Property Development and Management
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
· Ability to multitask, handle a fast-paced environment, and work independently
· Ability to open and close storage unit door, lifting up to 30lbs
· Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
· Punctual with Reliable Transportation
