Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the
retail store , including business development, sales, and customer service. - Develop and implement strategies to achieve store goals and objectives. - Supervise and provide guidance to retail staff, including training, performance evaluations, and professional development. - Manage projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. - Monitor profit loss statements and take appropriate actions to meet financial targets. - Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

Skills:

Landscaping Knowledge Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven experience in business development and sales. Ability to effectively manage projects from initiation to completion. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of financial principles and ability to analyze profit loss statements. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
