About the Role
As a Lowe's Retail Sales Part-Time Associate, you'll be a key player in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales within our store. You'll assist customers with product selection, answer questions, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, assist them with finding products, and provide knowledgeable advice.
Sales: Actively engage with customers to identify their needs and recommend appropriate products.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a strong understanding of product features and benefits.
Order Fulfillment: Assist with order pickup and delivery, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
Store Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including stocking shelves and displays.
Point of Sale: Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
Team Collaboration: Work effectively with team members to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
Ability to learn and retain product knowledge.
Ability to lift and move merchandise as needed.
