What you’ll do

As part of the Human Resources team for Henkel Adhesives Technologies, you will: 

• Gain hands-on experience supporting the strategy and operations of an early career rotational program 
  
• Apply project management and data analysis skills to provide insights on how best to target and appeal to students and previous interns
• Explore and understand various business units and roles across Henkel Adhesives in North America 
• Identify opportunities to enhance program visibility and recognition through internal and external channels 
• Create and manage social media content to promote the program and showcase participant experiences 
• Gain exposure to HR within our Adhesives Rocky Hill location

What makes you a good fit

• A rising junior or rising senior graduating in 2027 or 2028 pursuing a degree in Communications, Data Analytics or Marketing 
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data organization and basic analysis 
  
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships 
  
• Experience creating and managing content for social media platforms

Following your internship, you may be invited to join Henkel as a returning intern or full-time employee.   

Additional information

• This internship is NOT eligible for a housing stipend or relocation support.  
  
• Henkel’s Summer 2026 internship program starts on May 27th, 2026, and runs through mid-August.   
  
• Recruitment for our 2026 internships starts in late August 2025 and runs through early March 2026 or until all our positions are filled.

The salary for this role is $22-$27/hour. This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
